Choc Chip Mug Cake

Servings 1 serving


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener Lakanto
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder gluten free
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 oz keto choc chips ie. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips


  1. Whisk all ingredients together (except the choc chips) in a small mug until smooth, then sprinkle keto choc chips on top.

  2. Place in a 900W-1000W microwave for 90-120 seconds or until the top of your mug cake is fluffy and cake like. Enjoy!
