Alternative flavor

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup strong brewed fruit tea: rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry


  1. Add lemon juice to a small pan and sprinkle the gelatin over the top allowing liquid to soak it in

  2. Turn the hob on and allow to slowly heat up

  3. Mix altogether to combine well into an "apple sauce" consistency 

  4. Pour into moulds and allow to set in the fridge for 20 mins
