Steam the broccoli until slightly softened or boil for 3 mins.
In a pestle and mortar, make a rough paste by pounding the garlic, ginger and coriander stems together. (If you don't have a pestle and mortar just chop finely).
Add the butter to a hot wok or frying pan. Add the paste and sizzle for 1 min.
Add the cooked broccoli, toss well and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
Turn off the heat, throw in the coriander and basil leaves, give it a good stir in the hot wok and serve.
