Raw Coconut Almond Fat Bombs

  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend together until smooth.

  2. Lay out a sheet of baking paper and to separate the mixture drop about  spoonfuls onto the sheet.

  3. Oil your hands slightly using coconut oil and roll each spoonful of mixture into a ball.

  4. Add shredded coconut to a small bowl and individually drop each ball into the coconut to coat.

  5. Pop them into the fridge to set and then store in an airtight container. You can also freeze them for longer use, let them thaw before eating :)
