Cheesy Creamy Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 large cauliflower head washed and broken into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 60 g (2oz) cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt


  1. Break the head of cauliflower into florets and place in a microwavable bowl with the cream and butter.

  2. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes. Make sure to keep re-coating the cauliflower in the butter and cream during this time.

  3. Once finished, pop into a high-powered food processor with the grated cheese, salt and cayenne pepper. Process until smooth and no lumps. Season to your taste.
