Sophie Laura’s Sour Gummies
Sour Gummies

Ingredients
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp pasture-raised gelatin
- 1 tsp orange extract
- liquid stevia to taste (I used 20 drops)

Alternative flavor
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup strong brewed fruit tea: rhubarb, raspberry, strawberry
Instructions

Add lemon juice to a small pan and sprinkle the gelatin over the top allowing liquid to soak it in

Turn the hob on and allow to slowly heat up

Mix altogether to combine well into an "apple sauce" consistency

Pour into moulds and allow to set in the fridge for 20 mins
Hi! I noticed that your alternate flavors are half the amount in the original recipe. Do I still use the same amount of gelatin and extract??

It’s just the one alternative flavor… so instead of 1/2 cup of lemon juice you’d have 1/4 cup of lime juice combined with 1/4 cup of brewed fruit tea… so the liquid comes to 1/2 cup in total
