Sophie Laura’s Keto Harissa Seasoning

Traditionally, Harissa is a Tunisian hot chilli pepper paste that’s spicy, roasted and slightly sweet. We wanted to enjoy the spicy flavours of Harissa but in sprinkle form so we could add it to snacks as well as cooking!

Easy Keto Harissa Seasoning

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 20 servings


  • 2 ½ tbsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes


  1. Place all ingredients into a glass airtight jar and shake

  2. Store for up to 3 months
