Easy Keto Rendang Dry Spice

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 13 servings


  • 2 tbsps coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp whole cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cardamon pods


  1. Place all ingredients into a pestle and mortar and grind
  2. Store in a glass airtight jar for up to 3 months
