Optional add-ins:

  • 2 tbsp aloe vera juice your gut will love you!
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger zingy flavour & anti-inflammatory
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar aids digestion, encourages weight loss and promotes skin health
  • fresh mint leaves


  1. Stir all ingredients together, drink, and feel the keto flu dissolve into nothingness.

    You can also make up a flask full to take with you and have as an all-day sipper
