Sophie Laura’s Keto Cajun Seasoning

We’re all about the spices here, we can’t get enough of them – it makes each dish more varied, packs it with flavour, and just incredibly delish! So, with an abundance of spices we have on hand in the kitchen, it only seemed right for us to start mixing them up and start putting our own blends together, AMMIRIGHT?

This Cajun seasoning was created specially to go with our Cajun Pork Belly recipe but it works just as fantastic when whipping together Cajun Chicken or Cajun spices roasted cauliflower – yum!

Easy Keto Cajun Seasoning

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 container


  • 2 1/2 tbsps paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes


  1. Place all ingredients into a glass airtight jar and shake
  2. Store for up to 3 months
