Sophie Laura’s Keto Blue Cheese Dressing


Keto Blue Cheese Dressing

Servings 3 servings


  • 40 g (1½ oz) blue cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise view our homemade recipe
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch (15g) chives finely chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Add the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and olive oil to a medium-size bowl. Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients together for about 10 seconds, or until you reach the desired consistency. Alternatively you can whisk well but it may take longer. Season to your taste.
