Iced Keto Coffee

Cooling Time 20 minutes
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup quality ground coffee brewed & chilled
- 8 ice cubes
- 1-2 tbsp ghee grass-fed
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp MCT oil 100% c8 *reduce to 1 tsp if not yet built up tolerance
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink himalayan salt
- (optional) 2 drops liquid stevia
Delicious add-ins:
- 1 tbsp collagen protein, unflavoured or vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cacao butter

Brew your coffee, this is best done the night before and kept in the fridge so it's pre-chilled for use. Otherwise, pop your freshly brewed coffee into the freezer for 20 mins to chill.

Add the cold coffee, half of the ice cubes and the rest of the ingredients and blend using a high-powered blender. Pour, add in the rest of the ice cubes & enjoy!
