Hot Peppered Mustard Cream Steak Sauce
Pat steaks down with a rolling pin, season with salt & pepper and rub with avocado oil, then pan fry.
Once the steaks are cooked to your preference remove from pan, squeeze over lemon juice and leave to rest whilst you prepare the sauce. Keep the juices from the steaks in the pan and add the butter, garlic and chilli.
Once warmed, add the heavy cream, dijon mustard and LOTS of black pepper, make it 'peppered' to your taste.
Add some of the lemon infused steak juice to the sauce. Cook for a further minute and then spoon over the steaks & enjoy!
