Sophie Laura’s Harissa Chicken Traybake

Everyone is on board when it comes to an easy traybake; minimal effort, minimal mess, minimal cleaning up, maximum flavour! This chicken dish, with our specially blended Easy Keto Harissa seasoning, is roasted to perfection and goes deliciously with an oil-infused green salad or buttery green veggies.

Harissa Chicken Traybake

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 50 minutes
Total Time 1 hour
Servings 4 people


  • 600 g (1lb 5oz) chicken thighs on the bone with skin
  • 4 tbsp ghee melted
  • 4 tsp Easy Keto Harissa Seasoning
  • 150 g (5oz) red bell pepper chopped chunky
  • 150 g (5oz) red onion wedges
  • 150 g (5oz) celery chopped chunky


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. Lay all of the vegetables in the bottom of a suitable ovenproof dish

  3. Mix the ghee with the harissa seasoning and rub well into the chicken thighs until smothered all around

  4. Place the chicken over the vegetables
  5. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes checking and basting the thighs part way through
