Ingredients
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 3 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 cup (230 ml) full-fat coconut milk
- (optional) 2 drops liquid stevia or sweeten to your taste
