Sophie Laura’s Easy Keto Salsa

This simple, light keto salsa makes a fab accompaniment to grilled meat and fish, or drizzle over the top of a Summer salad with extra lashings of olive oil. Yummy!

Super Easy Salsa

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100 g (3½ oz) onion, chopped
  • 2 chili peppers chopped
  • 300 g (10½ oz) tomatoes, chunky chopped
  • 3 tbsp coriander chopped, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced - 2g
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin, cold-pressed
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a large enough blender or food processor
  2. Blitz until you have the desired consistency
  3. Chunky is our favourite!
  4. Bottle and keep for a week in the fridge
