Sophie Laura’s Easy Keto Salsa

This simple, light keto salsa makes a fab accompaniment to grilled meat and fish, or drizzle over the top of a Summer salad with extra lashings of olive oil. Yummy!

Super Easy Salsa

Ingredients
- 100 g (3½ oz) onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers chopped
- 300 g (10½ oz) tomatoes, chunky chopped
- 3 tbsp coriander chopped, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced - 2g
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin, cold-pressed
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into a large enough blender or food processor

Blitz until you have the desired consistency
