Creamy Breakfast Smoothie

Servings 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 120 ml (½ cup) almond milk unsweetened
- 60 g (2 oz) raw cacao butter or organic cream cheese
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ ripe avocado chopped
- ½ tsp ceylon cinnamon
- (optional) 1 cup ice
- (optional) 2 drops liquid stevia or sweeten to your taste
OPTIONAL HEALTHY ADD-INS:
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp collagen protein or vanilla flavored aids healthy tissue repair while maintaining healthy levels of inflammation and revitalising your skin
- ½ tsp vanilla bean powder historically been used as a cognitive enhancer
- 1 tbsp aloe vera juice alkalizing, hydrating, aids liver function and digestive system, skin health
- 1 tbsp l-glutamine powder aid immune function and intestinal health
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender like Nutri Ninja for 20 seconds. Voila!
