Choc Chip Mug Cake
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener Lakanto
- 1/2 tsp baking powder gluten free
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 oz keto choc chips ie. Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
Whisk all ingredients together (except the choc chips) in a small mug until smooth, then sprinkle keto choc chips on top.
Place in a 900W-1000W microwave for 90-120 seconds or until the top of your mug cake is fluffy and cake like. Enjoy!
