Sophie Laura’s Cajun Pork Belly

Cajun Pork Belly

Cook Time 1 hour 20 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 25 minutes
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork belly joint or slices
  • 2 tbsp ghee or other animal fat
  • 1 1/2 tbsps Easy Keto Cajun Seasoning see recipe here

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

  2. Mix the ghee with the cajun seasoning and rub well into the pork belly

  3. Bake in the oven for 75-90 minutes depending on the thickness of the belly
  4. Remember to baste the pork a couple of times throughout the cooking process
