Sophie Laura’s Bulletproof Tea

Created for those tea lovers who want the fat bomb & some of the health benefits of the famous Bulletproof Coffee, but don’t like the taste of coffee – eek!

Or you just fancy a change – we got you! xo

Bulletproof Tea

Servings 1 serving


  • 1 cup strong brewed tea black, green, rooibos, chai etc. Rooibos is my favorite!
  • 1 tbsp butter, ghee or raw cacao butter (white chocolate taste) rooibos with raw cacao butter is my fav!
  • 1 tsp - 2 tbsp Brain Octane Oil
  • 1/8 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder


Great optional add-ins to jazz up your coffee:


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a Nutri Ninja for 20 seconds (be careful with the heat / compression).
  2. Pour into mug & enjoy!
  3. To take to work with you, double or triple the quantities and store in a quality heat flask - should stay warm until 2pm 🙂
