Sophie Laura’s Bulletproof Tea

Created for those tea lovers who want the fat bomb & some of the health benefits of the famous Bulletproof Coffee, but don’t like the taste of coffee – eek!

Bulletproof Tea
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed tea black, green, rooibos, chai etc. Rooibos is my favorite!
- 1 tbsp butter, ghee or raw cacao butter (white chocolate taste) rooibos with raw cacao butter is my fav!
- 1 tsp - 2 tbsp Brain Octane Oil
- 1/8 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder
Equipment:
Great optional add-ins to jazz up your coffee:
- 1 scoop collagen protein peptides
- vanilla flavored collagen protein
- 1 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
- vanilla bean powder – historically been used as a cognitive enhancer
- ginger powder – powerful antioxidant & anti-inflammatory
- cayenne powder – works synergistically with MCTs for thermogenesis
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a Nutri Ninja for 20 seconds (be careful with the heat / compression).

Pour into mug & enjoy!

To take to work with you, double or triple the quantities and store in a quality heat flask - should stay warm until 2pm 🙂
