Sophie Laura’s Bone Broth Drink

Sipping on Bone Broth seemed a bit strange to me at first but now I LOVE it. It feels super soothing, the gelatin is great for gut health and it offers a great dose of sodium and potassium to help keep the dreaded Keto Flu at bay.
It also contains healing compounds like collagen (for youthful skin ), glycine, glutamine and proline as well as being high in minerals which support the immune system, reduce inflammation and improve sleep

Bone Broth Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup bone broth warmed, view recipe
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- pinch pink himalayan salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions

Pop the bone broth into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil to warm through properly.

Add the bone broth with the rest of the ingredients to a high powered blender like a Nutri Ninja. Being careful of the heat and pressure, blend for 30 seconds until frothy and creamy.

Strain the drink into a mug & enjoy!
I wás wondering if I could subsritute the MCT with coconut oil?
